Many routes are available directly from the property, taking in stunning scenery such as the Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet Gorge. Lynton has many cafes art galleries and craft shops all worth a visit. Lynmouth, popularly known as Little Switzerland, offers a choice of pubs, restaurants, and cafes. The walk down to Lynmouth is a must and made easier with the return journey via the famous cliff railway which is a unique experience. Visit Croyde, perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike, with sandy beaches and offering a selection of independent shops, pubs, and restaurants.
Enter the property via a few steps, into the open-plan lounge/diner with a wooden floor and warming wood burner and views out over the rooftops of Lynton. It is a perfect place to unwind with comfy seating and TV/DVD, relax here with your favourite book or enjoy a night in with a movie. A small step leads up into the dining with ample room for everyone to eat together. Moving into the elegant kitchen up a couple of steps you will find everything you may need, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine and there is also a wood burner effect electric fire. Heading up the stairs to the first floor are two bedrooms, a twin and a single. There is also a shower room with shower and WC and a separate WC (no hand basin). Moving on to a garden room with TV, books and games, a pleasant place to sit and read, with French doors leading out to the rear decked terrace and tiered garden. Heading up to to the second floor and the spacious master double bedroom with sea views in one direction and countryside views the other, the accommodation is completed by the stylish and spacious bathroom with a roll top bath and WC.
Stepping outside there is a decked terrace accessed via the garden room which then leads via steep stone steps leading to the raised and tiered garden (fabulous for adults but maybe unsuitable for small children). Enjoy a drink or read a book in the covered area with seating, fabulous coastal views and a charcoal BBQ, perfect to dine alfresco. There is unrestricted roadside parking (subject to availability) or in public car park.
