Situated in the picturesque coastal village of Westward Ho! With family friendly sandy beaches known for its’ surfing seas, and a great selection of cafe bars and restaurants to choose from, it makes for the ideal place to get away and enjoy a family holiday. A day trip to one of Devon’s top attractions nearby, The Big Sheep, is not to be missed. There is something for all ages to enjoy. Nestling within the owners’ grounds, were privacy is assured.

Enter this cottage into the open-plan lounge/kitchen. Kick back and relax in the lounge area either on the comfortable corner sofa or in the separate armchair, whilst enjoying your favourite film on the Smart TV. Make your way out into the garden through the patio doors. The kitchen area comes complete with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler and coffee machine, sit back and enjoy some food gathered around the breakfast bar. You will find the first of the three bedrooms on the ground floor, a spacious double (4ft 6inch). The bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes this level. Head up to the first floor where the remaining two bedrooms are located a twin and a single.

Through the patio doors from the lounge you’ll find yourself in the small garden area with garden furniture. It’s a wonderful space to sit out and enjoy some al fresco dining.

Off-road parking is available for one car.

Such a lovely owner. Lovely well equipped place. Arrived to find milk, cake and teabags which was great after such a long drive and a very kind thing to do. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
