Kick back and relax in the lounge area either on the comfortable corner sofa or in the separate armchair, whilst enjoying your favourite film on the Smart TV. Make your way out into the garden through the patio doors. The kitchen area comes complete with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler and coffee machine, sit back and enjoy some food gathered around the breakfast bar. You will find the first of the three bedrooms on the ground floor, a spacious double (4ft 6inch). The bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes this level. Head up to the first floor where the remaining two bedrooms are located a twin and a single.
