Set on a quiet residential road with a nearby pub, restaurant, cycle hire and repair garage, you also overlook the fabulous Tarka Trail which is a traffic free path stretching for 30 miles, perfect for picturesque walks and bike rides. Alternatively, you can enjoy the excellent surf beach at Westward Ho! which is a short drive away. Within walking distance of the cottage are two excellent pubs offering good food and the area's most popular hotel with an excellent restaurant open to non-residents.

A further separate shower room with WC completes the accommodation.
Stepping outside from the kitchen/diner you have a large enclosed patio area which has various zones to enjoy, garden furniture, a summer house, outdoor lighting, and charcoal BBQ you can even fish over the river wall, it is the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon or an early evening drink. Allocated and secure off-road parking is available for up to two cars and others can park nearby on the roadside.
