Accessed via a shared internal staircase this top floor two-storey penthouse is open-plan, minimalist and full of natural light. The entrance hall is spacious with room to throw off coats and shoes. At one end is a spacious dining area seating six comfortably. Moving across the hallway to the kitchen diner this has excellent views over the town and is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink, especially at night, it's equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and in a utility cupboard, you will find a washer/dryer. Back into the entrance hall is a separate WC. The stairs rise to three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and fabulous sea views and a Smart TV. The location is great, close to both the town centre and the coastal walks. The views are stunning and the interior is tasteful with all you need for home entertainment, also offering classic games. Wonderful to relax after long walks. I would not recommend it if you fancy cooking as it lacks some essentials, but it is ok for everyday meals. ParkinRead moreg in summer might be a bit inconvenient, but no problem in winter. Please note there is no elevator and no room for prams etc. Hide

A beautiful and well equipped penthouse apartment, located on the sea wall with spectacular views over the shore and town. Short walk to the harbour, local amenities, pubs and restaurants.

Superb location and the apartment was lovely. Views from all rooms were amazing. The stairway up is not particularly nice, carpets old and there is 40 steps to carry luggage up but as soon as you are in the apartment it's worth it. No outside space but you are literally mins away from the harbour and close to all ilfracombe has to offer. Good facilRead moreities in the kitchen and there was a bottle of wine, tea and coffee on arrival which was a nice touch. No parking but car park close. Would return. Hide

Great place once you have climbed the 42 stairs. No lift. Fab views. Apartment has everything. The beds were really comfy. Love the Emma mattresses. Nice to have a toiletry starter pack and tea , coffee , wine and biccies. Unfortunately our milk was off even though it was well in date. Downstairs bin was full so we couldn't get our rubbish in. No iRead morenstructions for recycling. Parking was ok at Ropery Rd. 47.50 for a week. Might struggle for a space in Summer. Overall , great place to stay. Hide

I booked this cliff top apartment for a week for three generations of our family. It was perfect in every way. Very roomy. Spotlessly clean. Extremely well kitted out. Fabulous views. Great location. We are considering booking it again.

An excellent , luxury apartment in the heart of Ilfracombe. Spacious and modern it has wonderful views over the sea from the lounge / dining room and bedrooms and overlooks the town from the large , well equipped kitchen / diner and master bedroom. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, the master having a huge super king-size. The bathroom is stRead moreunning again with a fabulous view. There are a lot of stairs ,to enter the apartment, but if you're mobile that's fine. Hide

Amazing views and noise of the waves at night is very relaxing, not ideal for people who struggle with walking as alot of stairs to climb. If the all is repaired and put back to how listed in the advert then definitely recommend.
