Very quiet location - ideal for a get-away in the depths of Exmoor. No local stores but a nice restaurant a mile away. The coastal walk was nearby, accessed up a steep hill and across a field. There was building work going on next door but we didn't personally find it a problem.

This is a spectacular property, very well appointed and with high class decor. It is spacious and comfortable. The wifi is very good (but no telephone signal, in an emergency you need to walk to the top of the hill c. 5 mins). The garden with benches and furniture is a bonus and the views of the Heddon Valley are beautiful. The property is well locRead moreated for the South West Coast Path and the beaches and bays along this stretch of coast. There are several walks direct from the door. Hide

Heddons View was everything we could have asked for and more. The cottage is exceptional in all aspects, spec'd to a high standard, with a view that makes it difficult to go out for the day. If you're looking for the ultimate unwind, look no further.
