The charming seaside village of Branscombe has an astonishing wealth of things to do, with its stunning valley rolling towards the sea and sandy beach, and is lined with colourful cottages and thatched buildings. Sidmouth is also nearby which is perfect for walkers and cyclists with the South West Coast Path linking to Branscombe, Beer and Seaton, a brilliant way to explore the coast and take in some amazing views. There is a choice of local shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as another beautiful beach and golf to keep everyone busy. Dorset is nearby, with Lyme Regis being a great place to visit, renowned for its bustling harbour, delightful sandy beaches and independent shops, or the picture-postcard village of Beer, famous for its shingle beach and fresh seafood.

Enter this stylish single-story, semi-detached accommodation via the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where the light pours in through the beautiful bi-folding doors, allowing you to bring the outside in. Relax in the comfortable lounge area and enjoy a great movie on the Smart TV or pull back the bi-fold doors and let the children enjoy the enclosed front garden area. Heading over to the kitchen, this brilliant space is well equipped and comprises an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine and microwave. Enjoy romantic or family meals together around the dining table and enjoy a fabulous meal together. Leading off the kitchen area is the first of the two bedrooms, a spacious king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request). The next bedroom off the kitchen area is the main super-king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and sauna. Completing this floor is an additional shower room with WC.

Outside is a wonderful enclosed patio and garden area, providing a haven for children to enjoy. This property offers off-road parking for two cars.

We had an amazing stay over christmas week. We all loved the cottage. It's so warm and cozy. It has everything you need. We loved the sauna and hot tub. Wifi is great never lost connection. The peacock came to see us for day. Which we loved.

We enjoyed our stay, nice and warm, everything in cabin was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna, and Alex helped us with lighting when the electric went out when storm Darragh came a knocking.

Beautiful lodge with absolutely everything you need. Spacious and well set out. Sauna and hot tub great addition. Couldn't fault it. Had a wonderful holiday. Was given every opportunity to contact the owners of there was any problems but had no need. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay. The lodge was clean, had good amenities and was set amongst beautiful surroundings. We especially enjoyed the company of the peacocks that came to visit us daily.

Enjoyed our long weekend stay, the journey down the lane was a little terrifying on a damp misty night, but the location was peaceful and the peacocks were welcomed visitors. Although the lodge was a little dated, the kitchen was immaculate. All heaters worked quick (cold, damp weekend in September). Another amazing 5 night break Alex couldn't of been more helpful hot tub and sauna were amazing .all facilities spot on a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us and Alex brought a tassamo machine down for us to use aswell would recommended to anyone . Newhaven cabin was fantastic! It is bigger than the photos suggest, is very cozy (when the heating is on), and has both a hot tub and a sauna, which we enjoyed a lot, not to mention a peacock keeping an eye on the car. You have to drive a bit carefully on the track to the house, but it's a great location for accessing lots of the beautiful coast.

Stunning location and venue. Would highly recommend to everyone. We loved our stay here, so quiet and peaceful and very homely. The highlight for our children was being able to see a peacock, parading around and of course the hot tub!!

Really comfortable and homely cottage. The property was spotless and provided all the necessities for our stay. Nicely located within driving distance of shops and local attractions while also being secluded for privacy and peace.

Really spacious and comfortable lodge. Beautifully warm during a very cold spell, we had to turn the heaters down. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Hot tub is huge, with lots of jets. Lovely having it under cover so can use whatever the weather. The track down to the lodge is pretty bumpy with lots of pot holes, so beware of your tyres on your waRead morey in and out. There is a sauna, but no instructions for use, and we didnt use it. Hide

The lodge is stunning, spacious and well equipped. Perfect for quiet time out but also close to so many beautiful places. The peacock visited every morning but was not noisy.

Overall we had a lovely break nice and relaxing and quiet. Only downside is the distance from the main bedroom to the only bathroom and at night this can prove hazardous and painful.

We had a lovely time in the cottage. Tucked away but close enough to Branscombe or other villages: we visited 5 or 6 different beaches within 10/15min drive. We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage on the weekend. It exceeded our expectations and the space was amazing. The resident peacocks were lovely to watch every morning and the hot tub was the cherry on top of a great stay. The location was also great. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful cottage in a beautiful location! We didnt know there was a sauna so that was a lovely surprise when we arrived. Would 1000% return to this beautiful holiday home and am hoping to book again in the summer.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and chill and relax this is the property and location for you. Cant fault anything we had a lovely three nite here. Superb sauna and large hot tub which held its heat. Great and quick communication with owner will be booking again.

Lovely big cottage with a sauna and hot tub (although couldnt get the sauna working and gave up). Great location for exploring Seaton/ Branscombe/ Beer. Rural and so watch out for fox poo on pathways - I unfortunately found it!
