Fantastic property with outstanding views from both top floors. With its own parking space it is a big plus as other properties could be seen struggling to park. The walk to the centre of Appledore was less than 5mins. Lovely places to eat and great to watch the world go by.

Fantastic property. Amazing views over the estuary and great location. Having a parking space was great considering most property's in Appledore don't have one! Will definitely be back.

Lovely property, and layout was perfect for our needs. Plenty of living space on ground floor, 2 good sized bedrooms & bathroom on the 1st floor, and an en suite bedroom on the lower ground floor - ideal for someone who wants their own private space. The views over the river from the living room, main bedroom and balcony are wonderful. Short walk iRead morento the village where there are a number of good pubs/restaurants. Hartland House is well configured, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The view over the Quay is lovely. Allocated parking with private access is a short walk from the house and a real bonus. The garden is secure. A short walk to the village of Appledore, through quaint little streets, (easily negotiated with our two dogs as there was virtually nRead moreo traffic on the narrow bits of road) gives access to pubs, fish and chip shop, grocery and take away shops and lovely walks.
