This traditional North Devon fishing village with its nautical past is great to explore. Within a short walk are shops, galleries, family pubs serving food, restaurants and the Maritime Museum. A great base to explore the whole of North Devon, there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor gardens, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. The two miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is also nearby. Visit the Royal North Devon Golf Course which is the oldest links course in England. The town of Bideford is close by and offers a pannier market and high street shops. In the evenings relax in the garden or enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony.
Stepping into the three-storey house on the ground floor you have the well-equipped kitchen on your right with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a useful utility room on the lower ground floor with washing machine, fridge and freezer, additional tea and coffee making facilities and has access into the garden. The comfortable lounge/diner is situated on the ground floor has a TV/DVD, radio and French doors leading to a small balcony where you can relax and take in the estuary views. There is also a separate WC on this floor. The lower ground floor double has a TV and en-suite shower room with WC. On the first floor are two further bedrooms, one king-size with TV and superb views and one twin. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside there is an enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
