If golf is more your pursuit, the local golf course is only a 25-minute drive away. Enjoy indoor activities at Crediton Leisure Centre which offers a swimming pool and gym.
The property can be accessed either via external stone steps leading to the first floor, or there is an external door from the garden leading into the ground floor. Upon entering this character cottage via the external steps, you will find yourself in the open-plan living and dining room, located on the first floor. This spacious area features a comfortable sofa for putting your feet up after exploring the local area, made even better with the Smart TV to catch up with your favourite shows.
