Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome pack that includes information on local attractions and places to eat. You’ll enter through the rear of the house, after passing through a cobbled courtyard where you will park. Once inside, there’s a spacious kitchen diner which has been thoughtfully designed with quality quartz worktops and island unit, ceramic flooring and a feature fireplace. It’s well equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, integrated combi microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A large farmhouse table with seating and benches makes it easy for everyone to eat together, with French doors overlooking the garden. Juxtaposed to the modern kitchen, the lounge offers a grand retreat to relax in after a day’s exploring, with high ceilings original coving and corbels and a feature fireplace giving ambience to the room, and large patio doors giving additional access to the garden. A smart TV, Amazon Alexa and comfy corner sofa provide modern touches and plenty of seating for all. The winding staircase leading up from the lounge gives way to four spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first of the rooms is a spacious super-king-size bedroom with views over the garden, a smart TV and en-suite shower and WC. Next, there is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twin beds on request) also equipped with a smart TV and views over the garden. There’s a further super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twin beds on request) with views over the courtyard, and lastly, a king-size room with an en-suite shower and WC. The family bathroom completes the accommodation with an impressive whirlpool bath, separate shower and WC. Underfloor heating is maintained throughout the entire property.

Stepping outside, the large garden situated at the back of the property is ideal for the whole family, with facilities for al fresco dining, BBQ and evening downtime with the hot tub just outside the French doors of the kitchen. Upon entering the garden through either set of French doors, you will be welcomed by a large patio area with garden furniture and wood fire pit for outdoor cooking. Northleigh was a beautiful house with all mod-cons. It was clean and well-kept with great decor. Katie, the owner had thought of everything, from a lovely welcome pack and toiletries, Wi-Fi and even games/books available. The hot tub just added to the house and made a special weekend even better. Would definitely recommend. Amazing house!

Wonderful house, appliances, comfortable beds, clean hot tube & lovely & respectful owners. The homemade fresh scones with jam & clotted cream plus fresh milk waiting for when we arrived was a perfect touch to the home. Thank you for the warm welcome of scones & having the hot tube on ready for our arrival.

Absolutely beautiful house, lovely and peaceful. Lots of room for everyone and has everything you need. Lovely decor and surroundings. Tesco delivery arranged as shops are a good driveway, although local shop is pretty good and fresh eggs at the end of the lane. Hot tub was spot on and loved the spa bath too.
