Perfectly situated on the edge of Exmouth, you will find many local shops, restaurants and bars in the town, and only 2 miles away is a golden sandy beach that links the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail, bringing you to the quaint village of Topsham to the north. The historic city of Exeter with its cathedral and array of shops and amenities, is just a 10-mile drive or accessible via train, which provides wonderful views over the estuary. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here and within 15 miles include Powderham Castle, Darts Farm and Killerton House. Slightly further afield, within 25 miles, you can discover the delights of Dartmoor National Park, Torbay, Seaton and Lyme Regis.

The view is amazing and short walk from local shop ideal for dog walk. Parking for up to 3cars and electric charging point. Exmouth has wonderful beaches and restaurants. We had a lovely time even though we had some of the worst weather conditions.

Lovely spacious apartment, well equipped. It is located a little way out of town but there is a very frequent bus service which made it very easy to get down into town in about 5 minutes. I appreciated the laminate flooring throughout with the dog. Great TV package.

Lovely comfortable property with good facilities. Comfortable clean beds. Bathroom spacious. Enclosed garden which was great for my small dog. I have no hesitation in returning.

A great base for exploring this part of the county. A comfortable ground floor apartment which is fully equipped for a holiday. Good to have a tv in both double bedrooms as well as the lounge and to also have a separate walk in shower and a bath . Nice small garden . Superb.

Beautiful little property, very warm, well decorated. Superb location in a town very much on the up Owners very accommodating to guests requests. Deserve huge credit for this. Would not hesitate to rebook. Thoroughly enjoyed our week walking on the beaches with our Dog, Archie.

Honestly the best little place, they had thought of everything. The bedrooms are really spacious, there is access to Netflix, if you forgot any little essentials you can almost guarantee they were left for you anyway (tea towels, washing up liquid, machine pods).
