This beautiful, light and airy bungalow is perfect for families and friends. It’s only 2.5 miles from Saunton Sands which has 3 miles of sandy beach and is a surfer’s paradise.

The bungalow is conveniently located in the heart of the village of Braunton, with its plethora of shops, pubs and restaurants. If you are looking for beaches, you will be spoilt for choice as North Devon has award-winning stretches of sand that are all within 7 miles, including Woolacombe with its 3 miles of soft golden sand and Croyde, known to be a surfing mecca. Venture a bit further (22 miles) to find the Exmoor National Park and enjoy stunning walks across moorland and woodlands. Visit Exmoor Zoo, Combe Wildlife Park or try coasteering at Watermouth Castle for a fun day out. Plus, the Victorian fishing harbour of Ilfracombe is only 8 miles away where you can take a boat trip and go dolphin spotting.

Step inside the beautiful bungalow and the hallway will lead you into the spacious lounge which connects to the kitchen/diner, featuring large sliding doors that open out onto the patio. Sit down and snuggle up on the comfy sofas in the lounge at the end of a fun-filled day and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and underfloor heating. It also has a large dining table where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts chatting about your days of adventure ahead. In a separate utility room just off the hallway is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are three bedrooms, and all have a zip-and-link super-king-size bed (which can be made into a twins on request). One bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.
 Heading outside from either the front door or the large patio doors, is a wrap-around decking area where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings or dine alfresco using the charcoal BBQ. This garden is enclosed and there is storage for surfboards, wetsuits, and bikes. There is also a heated outdoor shower and parking for two cars inside the gated driveway.

Great accommodation, provided everything you could need. Lovely interior with great layout for socialising. Enclosed garden suitable for dogs. We found Braunton a perfect location, many pubs, shops and eateries within a short walk and only a short drive to visit many places, 5 minutes to beautiful Saunton beach. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully presented, immaculately clean, well-equipped accommodation. Within a leisurely stroll to shops, eateries & bars. Thoughtfully decorated for Christmas, adding to the fun and festive feel we hoped for. We would highly recommend it and would certainly return. Thank you!

A great holiday home, just 5 minutes from the beautiful Saunton Sands. We have stayed here twice now as a family of 4 (two young children) plus grandparents and dog. The house is beautiful, and very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus with lots of muddy walks and rainy beach days, plus an outdoor showeRead morer which the children loved! We had the most amazing stay in Randalls. 4 adults, 2 children and a dog-and it was perfect for us all. The house was very stylishly decorated, clean, well equipment and so comfortable. A great location for walking into Braunton, and driving to the local beaches. A fabulous week away in a fabulous house!

The bungalow is in an excellent location within 5 minute walking distance for shops, pubs and cafes. It is very nicely decorated with a fully equipped kitchen & very comfortable beds. I was surprised the garden shown is actually the front of the property not the rear with only a thin strip round the side, back. The kitchen/diner/lounge was a very nRead moreice social space. Fantastic property in lovely little town of Braunton. The bungalow has been extended and offers superb facilities. The house was spotless and was well furnished. Very close to Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe. Some excellent shops and restaurants in the town. Would certainly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Very comfortable, relaxed place to stay and a very sunny spot. Lots of places to visit eg Lynton, Croyde, Saunton Sands (dog friendly sandy beach but no shade), Boscastle around 1.5 hours' drive away. Be sure your dog is OK with a garden without grass (ours were but grass would have been nicer for them.) We really enjoyed our stay, obviously the weather helped, the house is well equipped and very comfortable, we took my elderly mum as a birthday present and chose because it was on one level, however we didnt realise the only way in was up some steep steps, so just be mindful if you have mobility issues......its a great base to visit lots of places.Read more...Linton and lynmouth were so lovely, Staunton sands...croyde...ilfracombe. Etc then back to a lovely house for bbq and a glass or two. Hide

Lovely weekend away at Randalls. The house was lovely, and ideal for a family of seven and two dogs. Plenty of space and a really comfortable living area and kitchen which we really enjoyed. Super comfy beds too!

Brilliant, comfortable cottage just a short distance from some wonderful beaches. We loved the space. The hosts were super helpful and very responsive when needed. Very quiet at night too!

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at Randall's in October 2022. The property was beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were games for both adults and children. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the walk-in shower in the ensuite a real luxury. Randals is a delightful bungalow with plenty of room & comfy beds & sofas. The kitchen is well equipped and kept warm by the autumn sun through the glorious huge glass doors. The flat short walk to Braunton was very easy, with an array of delightful shops and cafes. Perfect holiday.

This is a very spacious and well equipped bungalow for up to six people. It's in a great location, near plenty of shops and some great eateries. If you like the beaches of North Devon, this must be one of the best places to stay because so much is on your doorstep.
