RHS Rosemoor is only 6 miles away and here you can spend the day walking around the 65 acres of enchanting gardens. As you step into the barn, there are a set of stairs that take you up into the living area of this characterful cottage. The beautiful open-plan layout offers a sociable place to spend time relaxing with family and friends. With comfy sofas and a wood burner, sit and relax on the cooler evenings watching one of your favourite movies on the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and an Nespresso vertuo coffee machine. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and an en-suite with a shower and WC, and then a triple bunk bedroom with a single over double. There is a family bathroom with a bath with a handheld shower and WC. On the ground floor, there is a useful utility area with a washer/dryer and a wet room with a shower, perfect for washing the sand off after a day on the beach. This area is also shared with the owners.
Outside from the patio doors is a balcony with furniture and charcoal BBQ with wonderful views over to the River Torridge. Guests are also welcome to fish from the property's grounds, no license is required. There is private parking for 2 cars.
