The Holt is a gem of a place! It's immaculate inside, stylishly decorated, warm and cosy, but it's the location that sets it apart: with access to the river from the end of the garden and to the Tarka Trail from the driveway it's an outdoor lover's dream! A perfectly located cottage in Devon for peace and quiet. The photos online don't do its location justice, it's so pretty and tranquil.
