The Town of Barnstaple is only 6 miles away and offers restaurants, pubs, and independent shops to enjoy. The beautiful beach of Saunton Sands is only 13 miles and is popular with surfers and other types of water sports. 12 miles away is RHS Rosemoor set in 100 acres of stunning woodland. Exmoor National Park is a must and here you can visit the stunning town of Lynton and Lynmouth which has a funicular railway that separates the two towns.

There are separate staircases leading to both bedrooms, one has a king-size bed and the other has a king-size zip-and-link bed which can be separated into 2.6ft single beds on request. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.
Outside is an enclosed pretty cottage garden with flowers and shrubs making this a real tranquil area where you will be able to sit on the patio furniture or the hammock star gazing on lovely warm evenings.
