Simply stunning three-storey property with fabulous sea views. Complete with a chic kitchen and cocktail bar, this is a wonderful holiday home for families and friends alike.

The property is set in an elevated position with far-reaching sea views, and views of Ilfracombe Harbour. Being within walking distance to a range of pubs, restaurants and shops, this is a great location if you don’t want to venture too far. You are also within walking distance of the Tunnels Beaches, family amusements, Ilfracombe Aquarium, and a swimming pool. Watermouth Castle, just 2 miles away, is a great day out and fun for the children. Woolacombe is 7 miles away and has a golden, sandy beach, whilst the town offers a choice of restaurants and shops. And 6 miles away is Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, another great day out for all the family.

Enter this beautifully presented property via the porch where you have room to store hats and coats as well as welly boots. From here you will pass through a utility room complete with a washer/dryer and plenty of storage space. This room leads through to a quiet reading room, complete with comfortable seating, the perfect spot for relaxing or reading a good book. The next room is the lounge, with high ceilings and a beautiful bay window allowing lots of natural light to flood in. This room offers a games console and Smart TV. Moving through into the hallway past the handy separate WC, you will find a unique and glamorous cocktail bar area with bar stools and drinks display cabinet for all your cocktail needs, a fun place to gather of an evening. The kitchen/diner is located off the hallway, with high ceilings, a bay window and mid-century furnishings. It’s a wonderful space to entertain, with a feature fireplace, Smart TV, comfortable seating and outstanding views: this really is the heart of the home. The kitchen boasts a breakfast bar along with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Moving out onto the hallway and making your way up the stairs you will come to the first of the three bedrooms on this floor, a twin room with beautiful sea views. The second is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, fabulous sea views from the bay window and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, free-standing bath and WC. Back out to the hallway is bedroom three, with a king-size bed and a bay window. Next door is a separate WC and bathroom with a shower over the bath. Moving up to the top floor, there are another three bedrooms and the last of the bathrooms. The first is the triple room with double bed and twin beds, a very spacious room with wonderful sea views and dual aspects. Next door is a cosy twin room, and the last of the bedrooms is a double with plenty of natural light. The last room on this floor is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside is an enclosed lawn area to the rear with sea views and garden furniture, whilst to the front is a beautiful, enclosed patio area with furniture and a small area laid to lawn with children’s play area. There is private off-road parking for three cars.

Lovely house, great location, well furnished / "kitted out", driveway is a bit slippy when the leaves are on the ground and could do with some steps set in the drive. The main bedroom at the front on the second floor needs a screen between the bedroom and the bathroom to allow privacy but otherwise all great - we would definitely return

Excellent venue for a large group. Games available as well as electronic games consoles. The house was very comfortable and clean with all the facilities you would need. It is in a hilly location so older people may struggle but we managed.

A spacious, spotlessly clean house with stunning sea views and sun sets. Home from home - everything there for you. Shops, pub beach all in walking distance. Drive very steep. Would definitely recommend.

A clean comfortable holiday home You have to be fit to tackle the 20 yard/ 40 degree slope down to the property ! Reversing in is only for the experienced driver. There is some parking on the road.

Courtlands Seaside Villa was an ideal base for our extended family birthday weekend. The very spacious 3 storey house was more than adequate for the 9 adults and three young children. Lots of rooms & space (inside and out) and very comfortable. The position is great, with many rooms having panoramic sea views, and easy access to Ilfracombe harbour,Read more or the nearby Hele beach. While the expensive artwork is great, some touches like nice soap/shampoos, condiments and dishcloths would make it A1. Hide
