This stunning converted barn sits in an idyllic rural setting close to the owner’s home and has been furnished to a contemporary style. Perfectly placed for exploring North Devon and Exmoor National Park. Head west and you reach the award-winning surfing beaches of Woolacombe (10 miles) and Saunton (15 miles). Keen walkers can explore the South West Coast Path, taking in the spectacular scenery and views, which can be picked up in key locations such as Baggy Point (15 miles) or Morthoe (10 miles). Enjoy a day out at the historic villages of Lynton and Lynmouth (10 miles) where you can ride the cliff railway, Arlington Court National Trust House (1 ml), Exmoor Zoo (3 miles) or Combe Martin Wildlife Park (2 miles). Other places of interest include Ilfracombe with Damien Hirst's Verity statue, the surfing village of Croyde, and the market town of Barnstaple, all of which are within 14 miles.

This is a beautiful and spacious barn conversion. An excellent modern design and finished to a very high standard. It is well equipped in every room. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely week at South Patchole Barn. This is a beautiful spacious barn conversion, modern and finished to a high standard with a well equipped kitchen. Very clean. This accommodation offered a very comfortable stay. Our group of 8 consisted of 2 families and there was plenty of room, with the TV room being a great addition! Absolutely beautiful barn, set in a working family farm. Owners were very helpful and welcoming. Quiet location a few miles from Combe Martin. Easy to drive to Woolacoombe and Ilfracombe. Well equipped property with lovely bedrooms & bathrooms, large kitchen/diner/lounge, little TV/games room, and garden with use of BBQ. My favourite place was the Read moreupstairs landing with its gallery window, two seats and stunning views across the fields! Thank you for a fab holiday - we will be coming back! Hide
