Located in the pretty seaside village of Mortehoe, the apartment is a wonderful base for exploring the coast, including the South West Coast Path. The golden sands of Woolacombe are just 1.5 miles away. Popular with surfers and paddleboarders, the charming village offers a plethora of pubs, shops, and restaurants. Only 5 miles away is the Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe, where you can jump on a boat and explore the coast or take a fishing trip. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with coastal rambles as well as magical moorland and woodland trails through Exmoor National park (13 miles). Cyclists will be able to enjoy safe cycling on the Tarka trail, a 180-mile long figure-of-eight route taking in the coast and countryside with eateries, towns and villages along the way.

Upon entering the building, this beautiful apartment is approached by a staircase taking you up to the first floor. Upon entering the property, follow the stairs up to the penthouse. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling and far-reaching views across the North Devon coastline. With comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, you will be able to relax with family and friends and watch a favourite movie. Enjoy cooking up your favourite recipes in the stylish kitchen that is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Serve up a delicious meal at the dining table with seats for all guests. There are three bedrooms - a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twins on request) with a Smart TV and an ensuite shower room with WC; a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into 2'6 twins on request), and a twin room with 2'6 zip-and-link beds (which can be made into a king-size on request). Completing the apartment is the luxury family bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, and WC.

Outside, there are communal grounds with a designated area where you can relax and cook up a storm on the charcoal BBQ while watching the sunset and enjoy some stargazing as night draws in. There are two allocated parking spaces.

Third time we have stayed at this property. Clean, comfortable and spacious with a great shower and the open plan kitchen/living space was ideal. Good location for Mortehoe village and the coast path both north and south. Worth keeping in mind the property is on the top floor so stairs from the front door up to the penthouse.

Lovely, quiet and perfect three bedroom penthouse property, located down in the beautiful village of Mortehoe. Great for walks along the winding coastal paths, and within a 30 minute walk to the beautiful beaches at Woolacombe. Well presented and comfortable, finished to a high standard with great views in a stunning part of the world. Check in details and access were all straight forward and easy to follow. The wifi signal was patchy and not very reliable (as was 5G) so worth being aware of if thats needed. Overall a lovely space!

This penthouse apartment is top notch!! Great views especially watching the sun set over the sea Finished and kitted out to a very high standard, great use of the space too. We had 6 of us stay and there is plenty of seating, utensils and space etc Perfectly located for walks around the local area (Morthoe) and then also only a drop down the hill Read moreinto Woolacombe. As its located at the top of the house it is a workout from the car park into the apartment. Would definitely return thanks! Hide

Lovely location, close to essentials pub and fish and chip shop. Great beaches near by. Apartment is modern and clean with everything you need.

Really nicely done out apartment in a great area. Spacious, though you need to mind your head in a few places. The view from the kitchen window is one of the best I've ever enjoyed.
