Set in the quaint village of Kingswear, this property is steps from the local shop, two pubs, and a range of restaurants. Take the three-minute ferry ride across to Dartmouth to find an impressive array of independent shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants. Keen walkers will be spoilt for choice with fantastic cliff-top trails on the doorstep offering breathtaking views, together with the rugged Dartmoor National Park, also within easy reach. Inside, the cottage has been decorated in a quintessentially coastal theme with fresh, clean decor and furniture throughout. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room offers a serene hideaway with its lovely features of whitewashed exposed stone walls and sash windows. In the kitchen area, you will find an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dining table. After a long day exploring the coastline or the bustling streets of Dartmouth, relax and unwind beside the wood burner in the cosy lounge area where there is also a TV. Two steps lead up to the beautifully presented ground-floor double bedroom, which benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC. A queen-size double bedroom with river glimpses, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower over bath are all located on the first floor, which is accessed via cottage-style stairs.

Steep steps lead up to the beautiful terrace patio with seating, which is well worth the climb to enjoy spectacular panoramic views across Kingswear and the river Dart.

• Please note the only outdoor space at the cottage is a paved terrace area via some steep steps, but there are dog walking areas close by
• Room to store boots, coats and prams
• Parking available in the local Marina carparks at an additional charge -weekly permits can be purchased.
• Beach 3 miles, pub/restaurant, shop, Post Office, ferry and railway station within walking distance
• There is access on street level to the cottage for the loading and unloading of guests luggage, however, the road does become narrow and some people prefer to reverse back on to the main road
• This property will be decorated for Christmas
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
