Situated in a quiet location, this beautiful barn conversion offers open-plan accommodation and rural surroundings. The market town of Barnstaple is under 5.5 miles away and has a large selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. There are wonderful sandy beaches including Saunton, Woolacombe, and Croyde all within a 20 mile radius, and you could soak in breathtaking views from the South West Coast Path too. RHS Rosemoor has over 65 acres of woodland and stunning gardens and is 17 miles away, while a 12-mile drive takes you to Exmoor National Park, with magical moorlands and woodlands to explore.

Enter the property and into the open-plan bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner, with exposed beams, comfortable sofas, and a Smart TV that beckon you to put your feet up and relax. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double Belfast sink, and washer/dryer. A dining table and chairs make mealtimes a breeze and create an ideal space for catching up on the day's activities over a tasty meal. Moving along to the other end of the barn you will find the sleeping accommodation comprising of two bedrooms; one has a super-king zip-and-link bed (can be made into twin beds on request) whilst the other room has a twin zip-and-link bed (can be made into a super-king bed on request). Completing the inside of this property is the family bathroom, which has a freestanding roll-top bath, separate shower, and WC.

Outside to the rear of the property is a gated, enclosed, gravelled courtyard area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, ideal for those who wish to dine alfresco on summer evenings. To the front is a lawn area which you are welcome to use but is not enclosed (dog owners are politely asked to keep dogs on a lead due to sheep and cattle in adjacent fields). There is parking available for two cars with level access from the parking area.

Great quiet rural location , only 10 mins to Barnstaple. Comfortable well equipped barn conversion. Would recommend. Castle inn in Landkey does good simple pub food

Beautiful clean spacious cottage plenty of room for us and our dogs. Very well equipped cottage. Loved hearing the horses in the morning and watching them in the field. Very dog friendly location . Pub nearby about 10 min walk. Great butchers etc in South Molton just a 15 minute drive.

It was a lovely property. Having use of the running field for the 4 dogs that we had with us was a very big plus point which we had not been expecting. The owner of the property and all of the people we met on the site were very friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing holiday in a lovely location.

Cottage is beautiful and ideally located to explore the nature park and coastline. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped, whilst there is an enclosed area at the rear of the property ideal for four legged companions there is no direct access from the cottage door so dogs have to be taken through on a lead (or carried) if they are of an inquiRead moresitive nature! The converted barn is very spacious for four adults and three small dogs, it was extremely clean too. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The bathroom is really big with a roll top bath and a large shower cubicle with a great power shower. I cant recommend this cottage/barn conversion highly enough. Its spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches from the owners, including a cream tea on arrival. Whilst in a rural location, its very close to Barnstaple and only a short drive to a number of costal towns and villages. A great holiday venue!
