A welcoming home-from-home property arranged over three floors, that provides plenty of space for families or friends wishing to holiday together – and the hot tub on the private terrace is a real bonus!

This contemporary townhouse is located in the town of Ilfracombe, between the Victorian Tunnels Beaches and the High Street, just over half a mile away from the heritage harbour. A walk along the promenade past Wildersmouth Beach will bring you to the shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and galleries all set along the way towards Damien Hirst's famous 'Verity' sculpture at the harbour’s entrance. There are some great restaurants in foodie Fore Street including Michelin-starred Thomas Carr (book ahead), and Ilfracombe also has its own cinema, theatre and swimming pool making this a great holiday location. For keen walkers, the rugged terrain and coastal scenery of the South West Coast Path can be joined 0.5 miles away.

Enter the three-storey property into the entrance hall which has storage for your coats and sandy shoes after a day on the beach, and a useful wet room and WC. This leads into the light and airy contemporary open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is home to an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area seats six with a dining table with a corner seat and bench, so guests can enjoy meals together. Completing the kitchen/diner is a Smart TV, a comfortable three-seater sofa and doors opening onto the enclosed terrace. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find a lounge with a comfy corner sofa, Smart TV, PlayStation 4 and access to a small balcony, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring. The first of the three bedrooms can be found on this floor, a double bedroom. Up a further flight of stairs to the second floor, you can find a king-size bedroom and a twin. The family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, there is a private enclosed terrace where guests can enjoy unwinding on the comfortable seating. There is also a hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night, when guests can enjoy the bubbling water under star-filled skies.

The property is accessed through a secure gated system and there are two parking spaces available, one private parking space with a bollard available, plus an additional on-road space outside the front door.

The house was lovely & clean, comfortable & well equipped. It was close to the town & harbour, meaning for our weekend we didnt have to drive anywhere. We had a lovely chilled weekend.

A perfect place to stay. Really clean and tidy space, as a family of 5 we enjoyed quality time in the house as well as exploring the local area. The house has everything you need. Lovely little touches like coffee machine and all amenities like washing up bits. Clearly lots of effort put into the house to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Lovely home right in the heart of Ilfracombe. The property was clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Two sitting areas made it feel spacious. The outside area is small but feels private, with a sitting area and hot tub.
