A luxury and modern beach house, furnished in an opulent style, perfect for families and couples looking for a seaside stay in a sought-after seaside location with panoramic sea views, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset over the Atlantic Ocean. You will be 150m of Westward Ho!'s sandy beach, surf school, Northam Burrows Country Park, as well as a wide range of amenities, including independent shops, restaurants, pubs, and the North Devon Surf School where you can enjoy some fantastic water sports. Keen golfers can stroll along to Royal North Devon Golf Club and enjoy a round. The South West Coastal Path is easily accessible, or if country walks are more your thing, you can access The Tarka Trail which is great for walkers and cyclists alike.

Enter this immaculate holiday home on the ground floor where you will find three bedrooms all decorated with a calm, coastal feel. There is a master king-size size room with an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, one twin bedroom (can be made into king on request) and one mid sleeper bunk room which has French doors opening into the garden. There is also a stylish and contemporary family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink which has an internal door to the garage. Heading upstairs you are greeted with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with Smart TV and a kitchen where you can enjoy cooking up a storm! Open the bi-fold doors onto the balcony which runs the width of the house and let the fresh sea air flow in, enjoy the panoramic sea and nature reserve views and don't forget to enjoy the glowing sunsets. Completing this floor is the fourth bedroom a king-size with a Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with a shower and WC with doors to both the bedroom and living area.

You will find an enclosed and sheltered landscaped garden that is perfect for alfresco dining and is a fantastic sun trap, with a beautiful decked area with outdoor sofas that makes for a great place for BBQs with the family or a quiet moment reading a book. Additionally, after a long day at the beach, in the surf, or any muddy paws, the outdoor hot and cold shower (hosepipe) is perfect for washing away the salt and sand. There is private parking for 1 car and 1 car in the garage, further free parking in the private road.

This is a beautiful house that has got everything you could ever want. We were lucky enough to have some nice weather on a few days but even when the weather wasn't so good there was plenty indoors to entertain us! I would definitely go back!

This is our third stay. Everything perfect as usual. Very clean with extremely well appointed kitchen. Lots of activity along the enormous beach but very quiet around the street. Great pizza a stones throw away and small Tesco a short walk. Perfect for families and our young adult kids love it too

This was our 2nd time at Aspen Beach House, this time was just a great as the first visit, superb place to have a nice relaxed week with family.. House was spotless and great facilities are provided.. Fantastic place to chill with kids, we are already planning our 3rd visit..

Aspen House is sited in a great location; close to amenities and the beach. The house was just what we expected and offered great accommodation for us and our dogs. Highly recommend and sure we will return.

Great position close to beach, amenities and local supermarket. The property was bright ,airy and clean. Good view from the balcony and the property has a sheltered garden.

A lovely spacious house with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean and beautifully furnished, with good facilities. Nearby is a small supermarket and a variety of places to get food. The back garden is accessed through one of the bedrooms, which we were aware of, but may be an issue if you have young children asleep in there. Absolutely beautifully thought out holiday home., in the perfect location is perfect for everything that Westward Ho! has to offer. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Aspen house to anyone. We cant wait to visit again.

Excellent house, outstanding decor, the only down side was to gain access to the back garden you had to go via someones bedroom, which felt like you were invading their privacy. On the whole excellent I would love to take my family again.

Totally amazing holiday. Beautiful house. Really clean and really well equipped. Within walking distance to a lovely beach for the dogs and lots of dog friendly pubs for when we didnt feel like cooking. Cant fault it at all. Owners were brilliant too.

We love the place. The house is clean and spacious. We have 3 fur babies and the hot and cold taps outside was very useful after their adventures on the beach. Location was great as it was just a few minutes from the beach!

See the sea, hear the sea, feel the see. Aspen Beach House is really a breath of fresh air. We visited the Ho and Aspen during some quite high spring tides and saw first hand the awesome power of mother nature and the effect it had on the pebble ridge and the water deposited on the sea front. At the end of the day Aspen was waiting to greet us and Read morekeep us snug while still allowing us to sea and hear the surf breaking. This really is a top notch holiday home in a perfect location. We had a lovely week in Westward Ho! The house is amazing! The views are incredible! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. We went on lots of walks and runs with the dogs, in sometimes challenging weather. But it was January. It was always good to get back to the warmth and comfort of the house. Thank you
