This large traditional country house is situated on 30 acres of Devon countryside on the outskirts of the town of South Molton and is set over three floors, providing comfortable accommodation for groups of up to 18 people. South Molton is 2.5 miles, with its indoor market, shops, cafes and pubs. It is a perfect spot for those seeking a countryside getaway, yet it has easy access to Exmoor National Park. It is conveniently located to explore the dramatic coastline of North Devon and the beautiful sandy beaches of Croyde (24 miles), Saunton (20 miles), and Westward Ho! (22.5 miles). Enjoy visiting the wealth of attractions where there is something to suit all ages and tastes including the Quince Honey Farm with its indoor play area and restaurant (4 miles).

Step into the hall which leads to most of the ground-floor rooms. The characterful lounge comes complete with a wood burner and overlooks the garden, whilst the dining room has seating for 18 and a conservatory where guests can relax in if the weather is favourable. Guests will enjoy cooking in the beautiful kitchen, compelte with a breakfast room. Also on the ground floor, there is a utility room and two useful separate WCs. The first floor encompasses five bedrooms all boasting their own en-suite shower rooms: a king-size, a double, a twin, a double with an additional single bed, and a family room with king-size and bunk beds. Completing the first floor is a bath, a shower and WC all in their own separate rooms. The second floor encompasses the final three bedrooms: a twin with an en-suite bathroom, a double and a single bedroom.

A fantastic, large, enclosed garden complete with garden furniture and an impressive undercover pizza oven, BBQ/cooking area makes for an ideal entertaining space in good weather. Guests can also make the most of the wonderful undercover hot tub.

There shouldnt really advertise a sauna as it doesnt get hot just warm and kept turning off. And the top room radiator didnt work which was not good with a newborn baby in the room. And advertised sky sports and didnt have that. Apart from that it was super lovely house so comfy and big. Just what we needed

60th birthday plenty of room for are party used Hot Tub every day lovely veiws oout the back, found the house was very comfortable and plenty of space

Have just spent our time here for a hen party. Lovely accommodation with lots of space both in the house and outside. Lovely gardens. Owner had left a supply of milk and scones with cream and jam on our arrival which added a nice touch. Very well equipped with crockery, glassware, plenty of fridge and freezer space. Had to ring host on arrival due Read moreto wrong door code on booking confirmation but this was instantly sorted with phone call and text message. A lovely home from home experience. Hide

Lovely house and location and lovely people only downside of our holiday was electricity going off for most of the day but were kept informed by owner , but would definitely recommend and will be stopping there again soon as plenty of room for everyone including the dogs
