On entering this beautifully appointed retreat via the enclosed front garden, you’ll find yourself in the impressive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with high ceilings, exposed beams, underfloor heating, magnificent country views, and a unique and colourful mural showcasing the local area. Stylish furnishings make it feel like a home from home. The lounge/diner, a truly lovely space to unwind after a long day, is warm and welcoming with a contemporary wood burner, comfortable sofa, a chair and a chaise lounge. At the rear, accessed either through the property or via side external steps, is a rear courtyard garden with a swinging seat and a bench. Lastly, through a secret gate, is the third area accessed via an orangery, an ideal spot to sit and relax with a drink in the evenings or a morning coffee. You’ll find pots of seasonal fruits and herbs plus a walk-in fruit cage with blueberries and other seasonal fruits, plus a large lawn area – ideal for ball games etc.
