This delightful penthouse apartment is situated in the heart of Brixham’s bustling high street and is the perfect bolthole to explore the town’s long-standing maritime history, harbour and array of beaches. With an assortment of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within walking distance, and plenty to see and do within the town, you’ll have a great stay whatever time of the year. The perfect choice for a romantic holiday, this apartment is within easy reach of the spectacular coast path, which connects Brixham with sheltered coves and the pretty towns and villages of South Devon.

Beautifully furnished, this penthouse apartment is accessed via a shared entrance and up three flights of winding staircases, into the spacious hallway. To your left is the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and there is also a washing machine available. Down the hall to your right is the kitchen/diner, with comfortable bench seating for four and a Smart TV – you can all congregate together in the well-equipped and spacious kitchen. Opposite, is the lounge area with two sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for having some quiet time. The master bedroom is situated at the end of the apartment with a super-king-size bed, Smart TV and views out over the high street. Completing the apartment, down the other end of the hallway, is the double bedroom with Smart TV.

Location was fantastic. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious. All of the appliances and furnishings were really good quality and very comfortable. It was a delight to stay at the property. Fantastic central location due to this is quite noisy, steep spiral stairs on entrance however this was detailed, modern spacious bedrooms and kitchen all good quality. Car parking in long stay 10 mins walk, plenty of choice of restaurants and shops 5 mins walk, great for our long weekend !

Had a lovely week in this modern, nicely decorated apartment which had everything you could need during your stay! Nice to have tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Central for shops, bars and restaurants. Beds really comfortable and we spent most of our time in the spacious kitchen/dining area. Would probably not be ideal for anyone with mobility Read moreissues due to the winding staircase. Will definitely stay again and Kelly was really helpful although never met her due to arriving later than planned Hide
