This perfectly situated townhouse provides a great bolthole for families and friends to explore. Set over three floors the contemporary designed spacious living areas offer a home-from-home feel. Stroll less than half a mile along to the promenade past Wildersmouth Beach which will bring you to the shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, and galleries, all set along the way towards Damien Hirst's famous 'Verity' sculpture at the harbour’s entrance. With a cinema, theatre, amusements, and swimming pool, Ilfracombe has plenty on its doorstep to keep you busy. Further afield is a selection of golden sand surfing beaches, Woolacombe 6 miles and Saunton Sands of Braunton 10 miles.

Enter this lovely townhouse and the long hallways lead you into the open-plan lounge/dining area. With a Smart TV, wood burner, and comfy sofas it makes for a perfect place to unwind. The dining room has a small desk space and a dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal as a family. Further down the hall is the kitchen which is well equipped and offers a small breakfast bar area. Moving upstairs to the second floor you’ll find a contemporary-styled family bathroom, a twin bedroom, and completing the floor is the master king-size bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC. The third floor offers two further bedrooms, one double bedroom with an additional separate single bed and another double bedroom. Completing the third floor is a snug room with a Smart TV and gaming console.

Outside there is a small decked private courtyard space with a bistro set.

Good location, easy walk to Ilfracombe beaches and harbour area. Parking is an absolute nightmare - we never got parked on the street and had to pay for parking in local car parks. House nice and big and pleasant to relax in but smell of damp overpowering and I had to buy air fresheners to combat it. Ensuite bathroom just has a sand-loo which meansRead more it cant be used like a normal toilet, no loo paper can be flushed, not that great. Lidl at end of road very convenient. Hide

A beautiful Victorian villa, tastefully restored and elegantly decorated. Spacious and homely, my family could not have asked for more. We are so grateful for how quickly the house was prepared for us after our previous booking cancelled 24 hours before our arrival from all over the country! Thank you!

The location of Ilfracombe is not as nice as I remember at all. Seems rather worn out and run down but as advised, it is a good base to explore the Devon Area with ease. Putsborough Beach was a real find. Great House, shame about the look of the street. Would be excellent value for money if enough of you went to make it worth it the cost. Lovely place, all new decor, carpets, boiler etc. Spacious rooms, comfortably and tastefully furnished, and good bathrooms. Very clean throughout and secure for dogs. Excellent location, shops and seafront one side, high street the other within minutes walk. Parking is tight on the road but nearly always a space, or plenty of parking in nearby streRead moreets. Could do with some additional kitchen equipment (tongs, scales, colander etc) but overall a really good week, recommended and would go back. Hide
