Conveniently located just off Saunton Road and within walking distance of the lively village of Braunton where you will discover Craft shops and markets, cafes restaurants and pubs. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a game of golf at Saunton Sands 18-hole Golf Course. Saunton Beach is only 1.5 miles with beautiful golden sand, Beach Huts, lose yourselves in the sand dunes or spend the day surfing or paddle boarding. Croyde and Woolacombe both Award-winning beaches are within 6 miles and are great for surfing. If you love walking, the South West Coastal path is on your doorstep or venture a bit further 12 miles and discover stunning Exmoor National Park with its magical moorlands and woodland walks.

On arriving at this beautiful holiday home you will be greeted by the light and airy entrance. This will take you through to the open-plan lounge/diner with its patio doors leading to the garden. Relax in the lounge after a day of adventure exploring all that North Devon has to offer on the comfy sofas and watch a family movie together on the Smart TV. In the spacious well-equipped kitchen you can cook up some of your favourite meals. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine. Completing this ground floor is a double bedroom and a walk-in shower room and WC. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, which consist of a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC. There is a also a Smart TV in this bedroom. Then there is a single bedroom and a twin room. There is a further bathroom with a bath and WC.

Outside is an enclosed garden with a patio table and a charcoal BBQ to enjoy on those lovely warm evenings. The garage has plenty of room to store surfboards and bicycles.

Sunny Daze couldnt be faulted, comfortable , spotlessly clean throughout with all the amenities you could wish for. Just a short stroll into Braunton and 5minutes to Saunton Sands. Thoroughly recommended

We really enjoyed our week in Sunny Daze. The house was extremely clean and well equipped and better than any we have previously stayed in. The welcome pack from Jill was a nice touch. We all had a lovely week , the house was all we could have asked for to meet all generations and dogs. Welcome pack was very much appreciated. Location ideal. Would love to have stayed longer. We hope to return next year. Thank you Jill for a perfect family holiday.

Lovely house , great location. Plenty of parking outside without upsetting anyone, so no problem taking more than 1 car . All the rooms were a good size but really big people would struggle with the shower and bath sizes. House was spotlessly clean and comfortable, lots of space . Really nice touch with the welcome basket , great to have room fans Read more(if a little noisy), good tv with Netflix. The property is very good and a few more improvements would make it perfect . The property is superb, +welcome pack on arrival; we had a lovely holiday. Thank you, Jill. The walk into Braunton is literally 10mins, (at our pace 70+), just a slight incline on the return along Pixie Lane. The paper shop & a cash machine is on the right as you enter the town. We enjoyed our visits to The George & London Inn. Surma Indian food waRead mores very good & Squires Fish & chips. Saunton Sands beach is wonderful, all dog friendly, within 10min drive so we didn't need to go anywhere else. Hide

Very well equipped and comfortable property in quiet residential area. Great location with views from main bedroom. 10min walk to restaurants, shops, cafes, takeaways in Braunton. 10min drive to Saunton beach and dunes. Would definitely recommend

Sunny daze was a lovely house. Absolutely pristine in side and modern. A real joy to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. The welcome pack with scones and clotted cream was delicious and certainly appreciated after a long Journey. The kitchen is well equipped for dining in. Lovely modern property, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Walkable to Braunton village, which has a good range of shops and takeaways. Short distance to great beaches and days out.
