Only 9 miles away is the pretty seaside village of Instow where you can stroll along the beautiful golden sandy beach or take a little seasonal ferry boat across to the fishing village of Appledore.

On this floor are the two bedrooms, one of which has a king-size bed with an en-suite and the other is a twin room with two singles. Nearby is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
