A countryside stroll of less than 1 mile through fields brings you to the fishing village of Hope Cove with access to spectacular beaches and the South West Coast Path, as well as a friendly local pub. Spend sunny days on the large, sandy beach at Thurlestone (5 miles), which is popular for its surf and unspoilt surroundings, or head for Bantham, (7.5 miles) for more fun by the sea. Explore the stunning beaches and estuary at Salcombe (within 4 miles) – a renowned foodie haven with a tempting array of independent shops. The market town of Kingsbridge (5 miles) makes for a lovely day out, with plenty of shops, cafes and leisure facilities including a swimming pool and a cinema.

Step inside this gorgeous stone property from the pleasant courtyard, and you’ll find yourself in the welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A wood burner keeps the lounge area cosy on cooler evenings, with a Smart TV inviting you to curl up and watch your favourite shows after busy days out on the coast.
