This recently built (2022) detached bungalow offers an ideal holiday home perfect for those looking to enjoy the golden sands and turquoise waters at Westward Ho! The village main attraction is the 2-mile stretch of golden sand but there is also Royal North Devon 18 hole golf course which is open to non member for drinks, meals and golf, there are also tennis courts and horse riding nearby. A level walk leads to all the amenities of Westward Ho!. Walkers will relish the South West Coast Path which provides spectacular walks and breath-taking scenery. For those who want to explore a bit further afield, there is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property, including The Big Sheep, or The Milky Way family adventure parks, or visit the historic port town of Bideford, or the pretty fishing village of Appledore, all of which are within 10.5 miles of the property.

Upon entering this spacious bungalow, into the hallway you will head through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, this superb living space has ample comfortable seating, a Smart TV making this a truly relaxing space. French doors open out onto the garden from the lounge area. The kitchen space provides everything you need to cater for your stay and the dining table allows everyone to be able to eat together comfortably. An integral door from the kitchen area leads to the garage/games room with table tennis table. Coming back through the hallway, you will find the bedrooms a king-size master bedroom with its own en-suite shower. We had a fantastic stay - wanted for nothing and enjoyed our time at Sea Haze very much! The Prosecco and cream team were a wonderful, delicious surprise on arrival! The home is lovely, spacious, clean, well-appointed and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely bungalow. We were greeted with delicious scones, clotted cream and jam, and a bottle of orange juice and prosecco on arrival! It's in a great location for the beach which is about a 10 minute level walk away. It has really comfortable beds and lovely showers in the bathrooms. Very clean. Nicely laid out and felt like home for the week. Nice touches - scones, jam and cream in fridge along with milk, orange and Prosecco. Westwood Ho! Centre was walkable. Smart TV in each room a bonus.

The bungalow was very spacious, had everything we needed inside, well equipped, good WiFi and TVs in all rooms. Nice to have all the garden furniture too. Enjoyed using the table tennis table and a nice surprise to have a cream tea awaiting us when we arrived. It was very central for walking into WestWood Ho and exploring other places.

Really lovely brand new luxury bungalow. Beautifully presented. It has all the facilities you need. The table tennis table in the garage is a nice touch for working off the cream tea the owner kindly left for us. This is a lovely new modern home and there was everything that we needed. The fridge had milk a cream tea for four and a bottle of Prosecco. There were plenty of glasses plates cups saucepans etc and there was even dishwasher/washing tablets enough until we needed to do a shop.
