Brand new for 2023, Hillview is a purpose-built, three-bedroom holiday home within easy reach of North Devon and Cornwall's fantastic beaches and scenery., a great location to explore both counties. The property is less than 10 miles from the Cornish town of  Bude with its shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches -  one of the best surfing destinations North Cornwall has to offer with surf hire available during the summer season . Holsworthy town centre is within easy walking distance and has a weekly farmers’ market, a variety of shops and pubs, a golf course, sports centre and indoor swimming pool with sauna and Waitrose is a few minutes walk from the property. Adventure parks The Milky Way, The Big Sheep and the North Devon Wake Park all are great for a family day out.  Other places of interest accessible from here include the cobbled streets of Clovelly, TIntagel, Boscastle, and the popular TV Cornish village of Port Isaac, all within an hours drive.

Stepping inside this contemporary and Eco property, with underfloor heating throughout, you find yourself in the hallway with a walk-in shower room and WC and a ground floor bedroom with king size bed and Smart TV. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble drier and air heat source pump. You are then drawn through the property to the open plan lounge kitchen diner with fabulous countryside views from the picture window/sliding doors. The hub of the house, this is a relaxing, generous room where you can sit back and watch TV, or dine in comfort and style. A comfy sofa and large Smart TV beckon you to put your feet up and relax and the kitchen area with island unit is extremely well equipped with everything you need to cater for your stay, including electric oven, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Heading up the stairs from the hallway leads to the further two bedrooms, a king-size, with glorious countryside views, and a twin room with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside, from the lounge/kitchen/diner via the sliding doors you will discover the south facing enclosed garden with countryside views. You step out onto a large, decked area with garden furniture and steps leading down to an Astro turf area. A shed at the side of the garden allows for secure storage for bikes, paddleboards etc. At the front of the property is allocated ample off road parking for up to three cars and an electric charging point.

Absolutely stunning property. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs, with everything you could possibly need. The garden was completely secure for dogs, which isnt always the case when you arrive at a property. Lovely location to visit a variety of places. Would definitely recommend!

Great modern holiday home. Lots of space for 5 adults and a dog. Comfortable beds! Good position for Waitrose, the town and visiting the area. The weather wasn't too good, but we were able to chill and relax here. Would revisit and recommend.

Hillview was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Very modern and clean and nicely furnished. Good location for lots of lovely dog friendly beaches. The bonus was we had fantastic weather for October.

Fantastic place for a holiday. New and well thought out. Lots of attention to details. Garden and decking are great for sitting out with the dogs, after a day exploring. Ideally situated, with lots of attractions within easy reach. Waitrose within a few minutes walk as well. Already planning another visit next year.

This place is amazing. Photos don't do it justice. 2 mins from big grocery store. 5 minutes from little market town. 25 mins drive to Bude and all the beaches. Best holiday accomodation I've stayed in.

Lovely clean, bright, and modern house. Enclosed rear garden great for dogs. Easy walking distance into the town of Holsworthy (although not much to see there) and the Waitrose supermarket, which is very close. Great location to explore the local area and beyond in Devon and across the border into Cornwall. Helen and Dale made excellent hosts; very understanding and friendly, they were easily contactable and highly (positively!) responsive. The property itself is quite simply stunning and although the photographs on the website are hugely impressive and of excellent, high quality, we kid you not... they do not do the place justice! This really is one Read moretop-notch house and although we are unable to return this summer (although we did try!) we shall be booking asap a return next year. FABULOUS PLACE!! Hide

What a great place - spotless, stunning living and sleeping area and a well equipped kitchen - the showers / Bathrooms are also lovely - Garden is perfect for sitting out in and for the dog to have a run around in plus walks direct from your door - supermarket only a 5 mins walk away which is great as well as a big farm shop even closer - HolsworthRead morey is a lovely place with some great little shops as well as some takeaways when you don't fancy cooking - easy access to other villages and towns Hide

House was great. Lovely bedding and towels. Easy to use appliances. Everything very new and modern. Had a fab week there with my parents, husband, two kids and our dog. Within easy reach of Bude. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, modern, spacious and well laid out holiday home. Equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed a lovely few days here with our boys and the dog. Very easy access into Bude and the beaches along that coast.
