Stepping into the property through the French doors you are greeted by a spacious boot room area, ideal for kicking off those walking boots or wellies, this leads to a well-equipped kitchen breakfast room with an island unit, breakfast bar, and stools. A stable door leads to a more formal dining room with wooden parquet flooring and patio doors leading out to the rear enclosed garden. Moving on, the first of three lounge areas has a corner sofa and stone fireplace with wood burner, Smart TV with Sky TV Basic Package.
