Approached by a long driveway, this impressive holiday home nestles into the rolling hillside with magnificent views out to sea. Stylish interiors and the large garden make this an idyllic cottage in which to spend time with friends or family. Berrynarbor (1.5 miles) is well served by a pub, post office and local store. Further amenities can be found at Combe Martin (3 miles) and Ilfracombe (4 miles), offering a diverse range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Countryside and coastal walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park (within 5 miles). Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton all within 15 miles. Or visit the pretty beach of Watermouth Harbour (1 mile). Other attractions include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth (15 miles), Exmoor Zoo (10 miles), Watermouth Castle (1.5 miles) and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (3.5 miles).

Enter this impressive property via an entrance porch which offer space for coats and boots. Step through into the large kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cater for your stay. An adjacent utility room provides washing facilities and extra storage. Back in the kitchen, doors open into a spacious lounge diner with comfortable sofas, large 50" Smart TV and feature fireplace. This room has superb views across the garden and out to sea. A formal dining table allows for sociable family meals, with easy access to the kitchen. Leading on is a snug lounge with wood burner, sofa bed, Smart TV and a selection of books, games and puzzles. The first of the property’s four bedrooms can be found via this snug room and consists of a king-size bed with underfloor heating and panoramic views. A shower room with WC is just off the snug. Heading on up the stairs, the remaining three bedrooms can be found, comprising one further king-size and two twin rooms, both of which benefit from ensuite shower rooms and WC. A family bathroom completes the accommodation with a bath, separate shower and WC.
Outside, there is an attached garage which has been made into a games room with pool table and air hockey/fussball table - great fun for adults as well as kids. A large, enclosed, lawned garden is a great space for garden games. There is a pond at one side of the lawn, with a safety net, (children and pets must be supervised). Enjoy al fresco dining in the smaller garden area with patio, table and chairs and charcoal BBQ. It’s an ideal spot to sit and relax with a drink whilst admiring the views.

Would recommend this property if you want a family and friends holiday, plenty of room for everyone and decorated lovely. Also The Saw Mills restaurant and pub is a must for a visit. Already miss it as it was like home from home but with a much better view.

This is an outstanding property, beautifully presented, comprehensively equipped and with that wow factor that sets it apart. The downstairs bedroom with its own sitting room was an unexpected bonus. All the other bedrooms with en-suite facilities were comfortable and well heated. The family dining sitting TV room was beyond any superlatives. This is a great holiday cottage with plenty of room and the facilities and layout was perfect for us. The area is great for walking and we found some great pubs to end our sometimes wet walks at New Year. The Farmhouse was exceptional with outstanding views of the countryside and coast. We felt very much at home and did not want to leave! We were also fortunate to have had good weather from 9th to 16th September 2023 which obviously added to the wonderful experience. The weather was not good but it didnt affect the enjoyment of our family holiday in this wonderful holiday home. The standard of comfort, cleanliness & situation was first class. We wish we could have made more use of the very large grounds but our 2 dogs had a wonderful time running around. The views are exceptional towards the sea & coastline. Picture perfect from the moment we arrived, clean, comfortable and so homely we didnt want to leave . Great for the adults, great for the kids & good for the dogs (but be aware you cannot leave the dogs alone in the property which wasnt stated in the description) but we had an amazing time & will definitely return in the future.

What a beautiful house in an utterly wonderful location! The views are just something else. We went as a family of 9 to celebrate a 30th, 40th and 60th Birthday and have come away with the most wonderful memories. Anything and everything you could need is supplied in the house. From the driveway, going past the sheepup to the farm house, the location is idyllic. Words cannot describe the view and the photos do not do the house justice. The house itself was clean, very comfortable & well stocked with the necessities. We chose to sleep in the downstairs bedroom in order to wake up to the incredible view. Lovely house in a lovely location. The Lounge is exceptional, and has views over Combe Martin. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet holiday. Good traditional village pub, Ye Old Globe Inn, Berrynarbor, 5 minutes drive away. Would definitely go again.
