This exquisite coastal property boasts stunning panoramic views and meticulous attention to detail. It is nestled on the outskirts of Appledore, within 1 mile of the village's quayside, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, and galleries. During the summer months, take a ferry to Instow village and enjoy the sandy beach, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many pubs, or the local deli. For those who want to indulge in some outdoor adventure, the South West Coast Path and the Northam Burrows Country Park (2 miles), offer breathtaking walks. If you're a surfer, you'll love the nearby beaches at Saunton Sands (17 miles), Croyde (20 miles), and Woolacombe (22 miles). The final two master bedrooms can be found on the first floor and are very spacious; there is an impressive super-king-size with an en-suite bathroom and large sliding glass doors which boast the best view within the property. The final bedroom is also a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room. Completing this floor is a large landing where you can relax in a comfortable chair with your favourite book.

To the rear of the property, is a large, enclosed garden, which enjoys fabulous sea views and has a beautifully furnished patio, which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee or some al fresco dining. We had a lovely week at Sea Vista with breathtaking views across the estuary - we were treated to glorious sunsets night after night! The house itself is perfect, with large comfortable rooms and was absolutely spotless! The house was stocked with everything we could need which meant we could seamlessly move in with two small children and have everRead moreything at our fingertips! We didnt have great weather but there was plenty to do nearby regardless! Would highly recommend and would return! Hide

We had a lovely week at Sea Vista which is in a great location with far reaching views. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property. We had extreme heat and the fans were welcome but more shade on the back would have made our stay even more comfortable.
