The fishing village of Appledore is 2 miles away, where you can potter in shops and galleries, and in the high season catch the ferry over to Instow, where there is another, smaller, estuary beach and sand dunes.
Let yourselves into the property at the ground-floor level; here you will find a king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC and a twin room. Both bedrooms have TVs and there is also a family bathroom downstairs. Make your way upstairs to the first floor to emerge into the spacious, airy lounge/kitchen/diner, with glass doors opening on to a balcony, which looks out towards the sea. Sit outside on warm evenings or inside when it is cooler, perhaps in front of the Smart TV.
