This perfectly elevated chalet is situated in a peaceful holiday park, close to the South West Coast Path with multiple sandy beaches within 150-450 metres, which your dog can enjoy all year round. Enjoy rock pooling in the sunshine, and keep your eyes peeled for the profusion of rare birds in the vicinity. For a more cosmopolitan day out, head into nearby Plymouth (5.5 miles) and visit the historic Barbican area with its restaurants, shops, bars and National Marine Aquarium, or walk up onto the Hoe with its swimming pool, cafes and bars. Moving further afield you will find Dartmoor National Park (12 miles), and the neighbouring county of Cornwall (12.5 miles) are all within exploring distance.

Step inside this lovely chalet, which is conveniently arranged on one level, to find yourself in the cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge offers comfortable seating sofa (sofa bed), chairs and benefits from a Smart TV and superb uninterrupted sea views, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the local area. The compact kitchen lies to the rear of the property, ideal for whipping up tasty holiday meals. Heading through the chalet, through the hallway to your left is the double bedroom and completing the property is a shower room with walk-in shower and WC.

Step outside the property onto the patio area to find a bench and four loungers, an ideal place to soak up the sun and take in the amazing sea views that are right on your doorstep.

The location could not have been more perfect & the views stunning with something going on in the bay all the time. The property was spotless and very well equipped right down to the binoculars.Super comfy bed and the weather was perfect for us, so spent a fair amount of time on the patio soaking up the sun. Stunning views over Plymouth Sound. It really didn't matter that it was towards the end of summer for us. Lots of Naval ships in and out, which was interesting. Good binoculars provided! Lots to do in the area. Unfortunately the venue really isnt for disabled if very infirm. Nice to be able to take our 2 Yorkies but be aware that the patio is not sRead moreecure. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and comfortable and also well equipped. We enjoyed the easy access to the beaches and the coastal path. The cafe did great food too. We have had a really lovely, relaxing week. Thank you
