Great property with everything youd need. Location is good for easy walk into town. Car park very close which is useful. Friday and Saturday night is a little noisy due to nearby pubs, but not a problem unless youre in bed early. Would definitely recommend and happily return.

Very nice cottage. Bedrooms comfortable, kitchen is great, loads of new stuff, wasn't anything lacking. Heating good. TV remote a tad fiddly, you need to press the arrow buttons hard to get them to work. Can't really fault the place other than a cold bathroom floor and the odd persons in the car park who think they can park where they should not, pRead moreretty typical for Braunton. I don't think you'll be disappointed booking this place. Hide

Beautiful property, extremely well equipped, comfortable beds, best we have ever stayed in! The Williams Arms was we thought the best pub. Serves food all day, friendly staff and sensible prices.

The property was lovely and the location was excellent. Unfortunately the mattress in the master bedroom was broken and in need of urgent replacement. This would have been obvious by eye on the changeover day, but, for various reasons given by the customer services team at Holiday Cottages, was not resolved prior to, or during our stay. Hopefully tRead morehis has now been rectified for future guests but unfortunately had a major negative impact on our stay, hence the 2 stars for comfort. Hide

Its a beautiful house in a superb location. Its tastefully decorated and well-equipped. We had a wonderful week there. All the shops and restaurants are on the doorstep and having a parking space is very convenient. The wonderful beaches are only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend this lovely house.
