It’s just a short, 0.6-mile walk from Hollicombe beach, 0.8 miles from Preston Sands or 1 mile from Paignton Beach where the beach and pier with its amusements provide hours of family fun. At the southern end of the town is the 18th-century Paignton Harbour, offering day trips along the rugged Devon coastline, as well as wildlife and fishing; or alternatively take a trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway which runs from Paignton Train Station (2 miles).

The family bathroom has a central position for easy access and has a large shower cubicle and WC. Completing the bungalow is a twin room with plenty of storage space.
Outside, there are two separate dining areas, to the front is a bench with a grass area surrounding, and to the rear is a paved dining area with table and chairs. The garden is fully enclosed, and parking is situated within the gates, offering easy access to the bungalow.
