This fully self-contained apartment sits above a delightful village pub. A perfect base for couples looking to escape, or families searching for a base from which to explore. Hartland is a friendly village set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the coast of North Devon. Hartland Peninsula offers miles of clifftop walks, beaches and coves. Families will love nearby theme parks The Big Sheep and The Milky Way along with the North Devon Wake and Aqua Park. Hartland Point with its lighthouse and rock formations, or Hartland Quay, is well worth a visit. Hartland Abbey (1.5 miles) is a historic property open to the public and regularly used for filming dramas and films. Visit the fabulous gardens at Docton Mill (3.5 miles) where you can enjoy afternoon tea or walk the restored gardens or visit the seaside town of Bude with its beaches and sea pool (16.5 miles).

Stepping into the apartment you are greeted with a lounge/kitchen/diner equipped with comfortable seating, Smart TV and a kitchen that’s fitted to cater for your stay, although if you choose, excellent meals (at extra charge) are prepared in the pub each day and there is also a discount for guests staying at this property. When the day is done, head to one of the two bedrooms, the spacious main bedroom offers a king size bed with space for a cot  and a sofa as well, should the bed configurations not suit your party. The second bedroom offers a super king size zip and link bed that can be made into two twin beds if requested. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a bath with shower over plus WC.
There is no outside space with the apartment although guests are welcome to use the pub’s sunny balcony with seating and is generally quiet in the mornings and an ideal spot where you can enjoy a morning coffee with a book.

Great to have self catering accommodation that welcomes dogs in a friendly pub. Easy for visiting coast. Lovely short stay.

Lovely location and really nice to have the pub so close. No issues with noise and very dog friendly.
