Part of Woolacombe Beach is dog friendly so you can take your four-legged friends with you and enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. For golf enthusiasts, only 3 miles away is a Mortehoe and Woolacombe Golf Course, a beautiful 36-hole championship links golf open to visitors. Walkers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to trails, with the South West Coast Path to explore or you can venture a bit further (13 miles) to Exmoor National Park with its stunning woodland walks and magical moorlands where you will see the red deer and Exmoor ponies wandering the hillsides.
