Park up on your own driveway, put those car keys away and enjoy a holiday where you can walk to all the local amenities. Enjoy strolling around the shops, galleries and have lunch at one of the local restaurants, tearooms or pubs. Ilfracombe also benefits from a theatre and small cinema. From the Victorian harbour, you can take a boat trip out to explore the stunning coastline and spot the sea life that it has to offer. Take a trip over to Lundy Island on a steamer and explore this beautiful small island which is renowned for its puffins. For keen walking enthusiasts, you will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path on your doorstep. Catch one of the local buses to Woolacombe, one of Devon's award-winning beaches, with its 3 miles of golden sand and fantastic surf. Enjoy swimming in the beautiful blue sea, have a go at paddleboarding or just have a lazy day on the beach with a picnic and your loved ones.

As you step into this three-storey holiday home, you will find two bedrooms on the ground floor; one has a zip-and-link bed (which can be made into twins on request), a day bed and a Smart TV, the other is a twin room which has access to a small sunroom via the French doors. Along the corridor is a snug/games room, a shower room with WC, and a utility room with a washing machine, fridge and an area to make drinks. Taking the stairs to the first floor, you will find the lounge/dining room with a Smart TV and large comfortable sofas where you can relax with your family and catch up on some family movies. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Completing this floor is a double bedroom and a family shower room with a separate WC. On the top floor is a double bedroom with a single bed and an additional small kitchenette and shower room.

Exit the snug room into the enclosed garden with a separate patio area and enjoy dining alfresco on the warmer evenings. Through the gate is an enclosed lawned area where the kids can play, with some games and toys provided.

We found no major problems but could a dishwasher be installed in the main kitchen I found a potential problem with the cooker door it opens up to the adjacent wall and I found that it sprung back quickly catching my knuckles resulting in minor burns to my left hand on two occasions Comfortable furnishings and lots of room Plenty of spaces if you wRead moreanted a few minutes peace and quiet Hide
