This beautiful stone barn on a former farm offers a fantastic bolthole for the family to explore the South Hams. South Milton Sands beach is just under 2 miles away and offers great sunbathing spots, water sports and the historical monument Thurlestone Rock. Discover stunning Salcombe (5 miles) with its glittering estuary and pristine beaches, or head to the market town of Kingsbridge, 3.6 miles away, which provides all the main local amenities including a supermarket, cinema, and leisure centre.

Step into this newly renovated barn and to your right is the stylish lounge area with comfy sofas, a Smart TV, and access to the garden patio space. Across the hall is the spacious kitchen, dining space, fully equipped with all you need to cook up a feast and dine at the generous dining table. Completing the downstairs is a shower room. Moving upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The light and airy master king-size bedroom is situated at the rear of the property. Caroline the host was super helpful at pre arrival, with lots of great recommendations to bespoke where we were looking to go out and about and best places to eat. The property was fully equipped and modernly fitted out and tastefully renovated farmhouse. Extremely clean with fully equipped kitchen.!SELECTED! !ENDOFSELECTED!
