This recently built (2023) detached house offers an ideal holiday home perfect for those looking to enjoy the golden sands and turquoise waters at Westward Ho! Beach. The seaside town proudly boasts a superb 2-mile stretch of golden sand but there is also a Royal North Devon 18-hole golf course which is open to non-members for drinks, meals and golf, there are also typical seaside amenities plus a surfing school and horse riding nearby. Walkers will love the South West Coast Path which provides spectacular walks and breathtaking scenery. For those who want to explore a bit further afield, there is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property, including The Big Sheep, or The Milky Way family adventure parks, or visit the historic port town of Bideford, or the pretty fishing village of Appledore, all of which are within 10.5 miles of the property.

Enter this light and airy property straight into the hallway that leads you on to the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a superb living space with ample comfortable seating, and a Smart TV making this a truly relaxing space. French doors open out onto the garden from the lounge area. The kitchen space provides everything you need to cater for your stay with an electric oven hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, plus an island unit with stools, and the corner dining suite allows everyone to be able to eat together comfortably. An integral door from the kitchen area leads to the utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier, plus a separate WC. A side door here offers access to the garden. There’s also access to the integral garage/games room with table tennis, darts, books and games. Coming back through the hallway and up the stairs to the first floor, you will find a seating area with patio doors leading to a sunny balcony. Moving on to the three spacious bedrooms, firstly there’s a king-size master bedroom with Smart TV and its own en-suite shower room with WC. French doors lead out to the sunny balcony with seating. A further bedroom has a king-size bed and Smart TV. Lastly, there’s a zip-and-link twin option (which can be made into one super-king bed on request at the time of booking) with its own Smart TV. The family bathroom with bath and shower over completes the accommodation.

The property is absolutely amazing, everything that you could wish for and only a 10 minute flat walk to the wonderful beach. A bit of trouble finding it even with the additional postcode given as the road is not marked, the small NG on the sign on the corner of the road is difficult to see when you are driving but when we found it WOW! Table tenniRead mores was fabulous! We loved our time at Dune Beachhouse and can't wait to return. Tastefully decorated and lots of homley touches, spotless on arrival. Hide
