This beautiful manor house is situated in the picturesque village of Yelverton, a brief half-mile stroll from the nearby shops, cafes, welcoming pubs and restaurants. Nestled within the breathtaking Dartmoor National Park, you’ll enjoy convenient access to some of Devon’s most mesmerizing landscapes which can be explored by foot or bicycle. The historical market town of Tavistock is just a 5.5-mile drive away, where you can immerse yourself in its distinctive allure, hosting a world-famous market and other captivating attractions such as Buckland Abbey and the enchanting Garden House. The ocean city of Plymouth beckons, only 10 miles away, and offers a variety of well-known branded shops, lively bars, multiple restaurants, and a wealth of historical treasures to explore.

Enter this beautiful 17th century country home and the rear hall area offers a great space for your muddy boots and coats. Through the door, you’re welcomed into the cosy bar/snug area with a gorgeous inglenook stone fireplace, a bar and comfortable armchairs to enjoy the fire's warmth. To the left of the snug room is a two-tiered kitchen which comes fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Down the hall, back through the snug on your right is a downstairs WC. Further down the hall to your right is a large dining room with sufficient space for all guests, great for celebrating special occasions, and with doors onto the wide veranda.
