On your doorstep is the outstanding South West Coast Path (accessed within 1 mile) which offers spectacular views over the Bristol Channel, or take a trip out to Exmoor National Park, only 12 miles away, and explore the woodland walks and magnificent moorlands. Enjoy surfing the waves at the renowned seaside villages of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton (11 miles) with miles of golden sands. Only 1 mile away is pretty Lee Bay, which is a great place to swim or kayak around the stunning coastline, enjoy the rockpools, or spot the occasional seal. Hire a bike and take a safe, off-road cycle ride on the scenic Tarka trail.
Leave your car on the gravelled driveway and step down to the patio where you will be able to enter this delightful barn conversion. The open-plan lounge/dining room is a lovely light and airy space where you can relax and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, and on warm days, open up the patio doors to let in the fresh air and soothing sounds of the countryside. A laundry/boot room off the lounge is convenient when you return from muddy walks. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to enjoy whipping up your favourite dishes and completing this floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. Take the steps to the two bedrooms (please note there is restricted head height in places due to the sloping ceiling and beams). There is a twin room with access to the outside and a bathroom with a bath, handheld shower and WC. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath, handheld shower attachment and WC.
Outside, there is a patio with a charcoal BBQ where you can enjoy relaxing and dining alfresco. There is also a hot water outside shower to wash off your sandy feet and your sandy four-legged friends.
