This property enjoys a quiet rural location closed to the Devon/Cornwall border, just a short distance from the cattle market town of Holsworthy, where a range of shops and tearooms can be found in the town’s square. Just eight miles to the west of the property is the popular Cornish seaside resort of Bude, with its choice of sandy beaches, a tidal pool, shops, cafes and a mini-golf course. Further along the Cornish coast, yet still within easy reach, there are plenty of interesting places to explore, including: the picturesque harbour village of Boscastle; historic Tintagel, home to the legendary King Arthur; and the beautiful beaches of Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven.
