This cottage is one of three properties situated in a secluded countryside location. The converted barn has been renovated to a very high standard and is a great place to stay and get away from it all. A pub and shop are two miles away and there are many options available for day trips by car. The popular coastal town of Bude is 13 miles away with its shops, pubs and several beaches including Widemouth Bay. There are many local tourist attractions in the area including The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor, Tamar Lakes and the Milky Way Adventure Park. Moving further afield, Tintagel, Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor and Barnstaple are all within an hour’s drive.
Inside the property itself, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner features vaulted beamed ceilings, a Smart TV in the lounge and a wood burner (the first basket of logs is included). The dining table has seating for two, whilst the kitchen area is modern with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The cottage a king-size bedroom. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.
Outside there is an enclosed space to relax in and to dine al fresco. Guests can make use of the seating overlooking the pond for a tranquil spot to enjoy the peace and quiet. Dogs are very well catered for and have their own designated exercise field.
