First-floor apartment on a complex, with direct access to the stunning sandy beach of Croyde. Perfect location for beach lovers and also stunning coastal walks.

Set in the pretty little seaside village of Croyde known to be the mecca of surfing and stunning coastal walks. With an array of independent surf and craft shops and a variety of local cuisine on offer, this is a great place to relax and enjoy time off with loved ones. Part of a complex with direct access onto the golden sands of Croyde beach. 1 mile away is the Saunton Golf Club a 36-hole golf course that is open to visitors. Travelling further afield (24 miles) take a visit to Lynton and Lynmouth set in the stunning Exmoor National Park with its mysterious woodland walks and catch a glimpse of the iconic Exmoor ponies and red deer.

As you enter the building there is a staircase leading you into the apartment. From here you will be able to leave your sandy shoes or muddy boots in the hallway and head into the lounge where you can relax on the comfy sofas and plan your next day of adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a microwave. There are two ensuite bedrooms, both with super king-size beds with zip and link (that can be requested into a twin). Both bathrooms have showers and a WC.

Heading out from the living area, there is a private balcony with views of Croyde Beach. At the entrance of the property there also is a private patio area. As this is part of a complex there is a communal lawned area with seating and a BBQ overlooking the stunning beach where you can watch the sun setting whilst you dine alfresco. There is also a gate with direct access to the beach. Allocated parking space for 2 cars.

Lovely property with ok views (right at the back of the complex). Plenty of room however lounge furniture not that comfy. Well equipped kitchen and lovely welcome pack. Beds are zipped together but still a small gap so essentially 2 singles pushed together. Noisy in the morning with people walking past to the beach, had to keep windows shut but airRead morecon/heating set so couldn't turn down or off. Lovely location though, beach and walks fantastic. Great base for a great holiday. Hide

Apartment had been recently refurbished and was in as new condition. All new kitchen and bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds ! Location is amazing with clear views over glorious sandy beach. Development is attractively laid out with direct access to the beach.
