With a picturesque coastline, sandy beaches and an attractive village with a charming mix of thatched cottages, pubs, tearooms and local shops, this is the perfect location to make new memories. Walkers will delight at the scenic coastal walks, including to Baggy Point, from your doorstep. Less than 5 miles away is the pretty seaside village of Woolacombe, a surfing haven, and enjoy paddle boarding or soaking up the rays on Barricane Beach with a Sri Lankan curry to round off a summer’s day. Saunton Golf Club, only 2 miles away, is open to visitors and has 39 link holes with outstanding views.

Stepping into this beautifully appointed ground-floor apartment, you will be greeted by vast amounts of natural light. The hallway is the ideal spot to leave your sandy shoes after having fun on the beach. From there, walk through into the lounge/diner where you can sit and relax on the sofas and watch your favourite show after a long day of exploring. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a hearty breakfast, create a tasty packed lunch or a delicious evening meal. There are two en-suite bedrooms, both with super-king-size zip and link beds (which can be arranged as twins on request). One en-suite has a shower and WC and one has a walk-in shower and WC.

Step outside from the living area onto your own private patio where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the famous Croyde beach.

The Malmsmead was amazing, there was loads of space and it has a huge outdoor seating area so you can chill outside after returning from the beach which is literally just a few feet away from the flat. You'd have to sleep on the beach to be closer than these flats are! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates and cutlery and there was even Read morea nice selection of scones and cakes waiting for us when we arrived after a long drive, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. A simple and convenient apartment on the beach with parking. Apartment is part of a block so neighbours are close by but generally this was not an issue. Excellent location right on the beach with a terrace overlooking the dunes and with a view through to the beach. I stayed in early June and was blessed with a week of great weather. The location cannot be faulted, it is absolutely incredible. The property is modern, but very basic. Outdoor furniture shown in the photos is no longer there sadly. The price is reflected in the location only I feel, not the quality of the property. Clean and comfortable enough ifRead more you don't have to spend much time indoors. I would consider staying again, but on location only for an outdoor escape on the beach. Hide

Malmsmead is a stylish and well equipped contemporary apartment in a location which would be hard to beat. We stayed in truly atrocious weather but the flat was always warm thanks to underfloor heating. Croyde Bay is a surfers paradise but it is also excellent for family beach holidays.

The apartment was very well presented. The welcome pack was amazing better than any we have had before. Also there were tea towels dishwasher tablets and dish soap. In fact everything needed for a great holiday

Very clean and fresh apartment, with a fantastic view of the beach and sea. Lovely welcome basket, consisting of a fresh crusty loaf, fruit loaf, milk, orange juice, cream teas, and Costa filter coffee. Easy access to the beach (which was 10 feet away!), with a convenient lockbox for the key.
