Other attractions include Watermouth Castle, Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo, Lynton Cliff Railway, Arlington Court and Exmoor National Park, and championship courses at Saunton and the acclaimed Royal North Devon Golf Club at Westward Ho!.

Part of a hamlet of private dwellings at Allender Farm located near the village of Lee and tucked away at the end of a no-through road lays this wonderful semi-detached barn conversion, which has been completely refurbished for 2019. Stepping inside this stunning property via the lobby offering useful coat and boot storage, you will firstly find yourself in the fabulous open-plan living area. This comprises a beautifully presented lounge, kitchen and dining area boasting a Smart TV with Sky TV and Netflix, and a wood burner effect electric fire; and provides a perfect venue for a relaxed breakfast before heading out for the day and a cosy spot to curl up and watch a film after dinner. The kitchen itself is also perfectly appointed and designed, and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher; and there is also a handy utility cupboard with a washing machine next to this. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor you will then discover the pretty bedrooms, the first of which is an undeniably impressive king-size with a TV and the fabulous feature of a freestanding roll-top bath in the bedroom. Located next to this is a further king-size bedroom and this offers a zip-and-link bed with the option of being presented as a 2’6” twin upon request. Completing the offering inside the property is an impeccably styled shower room with a large walk in shower and a WC.

Heading outside further highlights await in the form of a lovely tiered sun-trap patio area with a hot-tub, garden furniture and also a BBQ. This provides the perfect place to dine al-fresco in warm weather and recharge having explored the nearby South West Coast Path. There is also a shared lawn with swings and slide; and all around are the farm animals including pigs and sheep. Private off-road parking for two cars is also provided.
