My husband and I have just returned from a lovely week away. The lodge was immaculate with everything we needed and the enclosed garden and hot tub was an added bonus. The owners were incredibly friendly and available at all times if we needed them. The location was perfect, really peaceful but easy to get to Dartmoor and surrounding areas.

Beautiful lodge and lovely friendly accommodating hosts. Went above and beyond for us. Great little refuge spot to return to after busy days in Devons towns. Couldnt recommend highly enough, the hot tub is warm, the sun shines and your worries disappear.

The lodge was absolutely perfect for us and the dog. We had a warm welcome from Hazel who told us all the relevant info we needed but then didn't bother us again so there was no intrusion. Ideally placed with most attractions within 30 minutes drive. Lots of places to walk the dog and most places are very dog friendly. All in all a great holiday.

Perfect location for those with dogs and wanting a rural retreat. Particularly good for those with dogs that arent keen on other dogs due to its quiet location and you can walk for miles without meeting anyone. We loved it here and will definitely be back.
