Great little hideaway for a few days. Clean, modern and cosy on a rainy and windy day (which it was). Axminster is only a 25 minute walk away if you fancy stretching the legs. If you go to Boots and it's raining though, don't take the paper carrier bag and add groceries from Tesco, as half way back the bag is in tatters from the rain and it's a jugRead moregling act to complete the walk without loosing your bread. Didn't get chance to try the playgrounds on the property, but very recommended in general. Hide

First time we have done this and I have to say it was fantastic. The cottage was clean, warm and they even left some scones and jam. The log fire was amazing and we had a wonderful weekend. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Had a great time in a nice little cottage. Although we stayed when a storm hit we still had a great time. I'm sure in the warmer months the playground will be fab for the kids.

Great location, easy to access many local sights and days out. Lovely barn with some lovely touches including the old barn door to the back where you can see the roaming chickens on a good day. Well equipped and clean. The shared garden is great for the kids and we spent a lot of time there.
